About the owner: Joe Higgins has been working in the landscaping industry since 1998. In year 2000 Joe completed a 2 year certification course from Tolles Technical Instruction in Landscape practices. After graduation he worked with a small Landscape company gathering more experience and hands on skills to further his knowledge. In 2004 he decided to start his own business Higgins Lawn Care.
