Bridge Street District: Dublin Bet Big, and It Paid Off

A decade ago, Bridge Street District was a bold rezoning experiment — mixing homes, condos, apartments, restaurants, shops, and office space in one walkable district anchored to Historic Dublin. That bet has paid off. Bridge Park, the district's flagship neighborhood, is now a fully operating, nationally recognized mixed-use destination, not a renderings deck.

And the district isn't done. Dublin City Council just approved Bridge North, a new phase immediately north of Bridge Park along Riverside Drive — a 150-key Tempo by Hilton hotel, 280 residential units, 75,000 square feet of Class A office space, and 60,000 square feet of street-level retail. Construction is slated to break ground in 2026, extending the same walkable, mixed-use model that made Bridge Park work.

For buyers, that's the signal that matters: Dublin isn't resting on Bridge Park's success, it's reinvesting in it. If you want urban density, walkability, and proximity to Historic Dublin without leaving the suburb, this is still the district defining what's next for Central Ohio.
